Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Ludlam Trail Corridor High Speed Fiber Internet 9
Infrastructure is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 370, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportuni ty to fund the Ludlam Trail 16
Corridor High Speed Fiber Internet Infrastructure as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 370. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
