Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Marion County Ocklawaha Groves Acquisition is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 455, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,637,886 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Marion 14
County Ocklawaha Groves Acquisition as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 455. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
