Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Ocean Alliance Expanding Florida's Blue 9
Economy is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 586, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $320,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Florida Ocean 16
Alliance Expanding Florida's Blue Economy as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 586. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
