Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Palm Bay Fire and Rescue Station No. 7 is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 611, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Financial Services to fund the Palm Bay Fire and 14
Rescue Station No. 7 as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 611. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
