Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Palm Bay Turkey Creek Water Quality Baffle Box 9
Projects is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 607, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Palm Bay 16
Turkey Creek Water Quality Baffle Box Projects as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 607. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
