Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. North Lauderdale Fire/Rescue Training Center is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 701, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Financial Services to fund the North Lauderdale 15
Fire/Rescue Training Center as described in Appropriations 16
Project Request 701. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
