Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Tampa General Hospital - Global Emerging 9
Diseases Institute is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 195, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $10,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the Tampa General Hospital - 16
Global Emerging Diseases Institute as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 195. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
