Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. ZooTampa Nursery Pool and Filtration for 9
Orphaned Manatees is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 449, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $620,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commiss ion to fund the ZooTampa 16
Nursery Pool and Filtration for Orphaned Manatees as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 449. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
