Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Village of Virginia Gardens - City Hall ADA 9
Upgrades and Emergency Shelter is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 201, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $850,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Division of Emergency Management to fund the Village of Virginia 16
Gardens - City Hall ADA Upgrades and Emergency Shelter as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 201. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
