Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. North Lauderdale Canal Bank Restoration and 9
Stabilization is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 695, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the North 16
Lauderdale Canal Bank Restoration and Stabilization as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 695. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
