Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Lauderhill Lift Station # 15 Rehabilitation is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 693, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $431,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lauderhill 14
Lift Station # 15 Rehabilitation as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 693. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
