Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of Miami - HIV/AIDS Research at 9
Center for AIDS Research is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 436, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the University of Miami - 16
HIV/AIDS Research at Center for AIDS Research as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 436. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
