Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Miramar - South Central/South East 9
Focal Point Senior Center is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 409, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the City of Miramar - South 16
Central/South East Focal Point Senior Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 409. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
