Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Broward Medical Alert Team is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 778, herein incorporate d by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Division of Emergency Management to fund the Broward Medical 14
Alert Team as described in Appropriations Project Request 778. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
