Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Sunrise Senior, Veteran and Children's 9
Educational and Wellness Center is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 434, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Veterans' Affairs to fund the Sunrise Senior, 16
Veteran and Children's Educational and Wellness Center as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 434. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
