Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. College of the Florida Keys - Academy Classroom 9
Facility and Emergency Operations Center is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined i n The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 675, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the College of the Florida 16
Keys - Academy Classroom Facility and Emergency Operations 17
Center as described in Appropriations Project Request 675. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
