Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. St. Petersburg College - Deferred Maintenance 9
at Tarpon Springs is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 804, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,950,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the St. Petersburg College - 16
Deferred Maintenance at Tarpon Springs as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 804. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
