Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. State Veterans Nursing Home in Marion County is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 453, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $6,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 14
the Department of Veterans' Affairs to fund the State Veterans 15
Nursing Home in Marion County as described in Appropriations 16
Project Request 453. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
