Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Marion County Central Receiving System is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 454, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $990,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Marion County 14
Central Receiving System as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 454. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
