Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Department of Children and Families (DCF) 10
Extended-Release Injectable Naltrexone (Vivitrol) Program is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 536, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $796,706 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Children and Families to fund the Department of 17
Children and Families (DCF) Extended -Release Injectable 18
Naltrexone (Vivitrol) Program as described in Appropriations 19
Project Request 536. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
