Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Foster Parent Recruitment and Hope 4 Healing 9
Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 279, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Foster Parent 16
Recruitment and Hope 4 Healing Project as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 279. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
