Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida International University - Nurse 9
Educator and Nursing Program Enhancement is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 706, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,467,288 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Board of Governors to fund the Florida International 16
University - Nurse Educator and Nursing Program Enhancement as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 706. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
