STOPPABLE - The Strategic Treatment of Opioid Problems 3 
by Providing Achievable Beneficial Long -term Efficacy; 4 
providing an appropriation; providing an effective 5 
date. 6

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8 
 9 
 Section 1.  STOPPABLE - The Strategic Treatment of Opioid 10 
Problems by Providing Achievable Beneficial Long -term Efficacy 11 
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 12 
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13 
Appropriations Project Request 311, herein incorporated by 14 
reference. 15 
 Section 2.  For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16 
of $975,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17 
Department of Children and Families to fund the STOPPABLE - The 18 
Strategic Treatment of Opioid Problems by Providing Achievable 19 
Beneficial Long-term Efficacy as described in Appropriations 20 
Project Request 311. 21 
 Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
