Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Palm Harbor Fire Station 68 is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 875, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Financial Services to fund the Palm Harbor 14
Fire Station 68 as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
875. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
