Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Barry University - Expanding Opportunities for 9
Nursing Education Partnership is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 861, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $587,285 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Barry University - Expanding 16
Opportunities for Nursing Education Partnership as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 861. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
