Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of South Florida - St. Petersburg - 9
Citizen Scholar Partnership is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 880, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $306,176 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Board of Governors to fund the University of South Florida - St. 16
Petersburg - Citizen Scholar Partnership as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 880. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
