Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Barry University - Expansion of Nursing and 9
Health Sciences Simulation Program is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 866, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $276,483 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Barry University - Expansion 16
of Nursing and Health Sciences Simulation Program as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 866. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
