Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Williston Public Safety Complex is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 771, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $6,100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Williston 14
Public Safety Complex as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 771. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
