Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Town of Hilliard - Community Center/Hurricane 9
Shelter Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 976, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,144,800 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunit y to fund the Town of 16
Hilliard - Community Center/Hurricane Shelter Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 976. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
