Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Central and Southern Florida Resiliency Study 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 533, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Central 16
and Southern Florida Resiliency Study as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 533. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
