Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Ocean Research and Conservation Association 10
Kilroy Monitoring Systems in the Indian River Lagoon is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 725, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Ocean 17
Research and Conservation Association Kilroy Monitoring Systems 18
in the Indian River Lagoon as described in Appropriations 19
Project Request 725. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
