Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fernandina Beach Downtown Flooding Protection 9
Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 877, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 16
Fernandina Beach Downtown Flooding Protection Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 877. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
