Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Neptune Beach Wastewater Treatment Facility is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 959, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Neptune 14
Beach Wastewater Treatment Facility as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 959. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
