Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Fernandina Beach Protecting the Resiliency of 10
Florida's Northeastern -most Barrier Island Coastline is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 839, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 17
Fernandina Beach Protecting the Resiliency of Florida's 18
Northeastern-most Barrier Island Coastline as described in 19
Appropriations Project Request 839. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
