Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Nassau County Tourism Expansion - Northeast 9
Florida Regional Blueway System Expansion/Tributary is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 750, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $755,025 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Nassau County 16
Tourism Expansion - Northeast Florida Regional Blueway System 17
Expansion/Tributary as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 750. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
