Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pasco County Additional Boat Ramps and Parking 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 830, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the Pasco 16
County Additional Boat Ramps and Parking as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 830. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
