Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pasco County Green Key Drainage Improvements is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 831, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 14
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Pasco 15
County Green Key Drainage Improvements as described in 16
Appropriations Project Request 831. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
