Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of West Palm Beach – Warren Hawkins 9
Aquatic Center at Gaines Park is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 567, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the City of West Palm Beach – 16
Warren Hawkins Aquatic Center at Gaines Park as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 567. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
