Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Village of North Palm Beach Emergency 9
Operations Center Emergency Generator is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida Ho use of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1000, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Division of Emergency Management to fund the Village of North 16
Palm Beach Emergency Operations Center Emergency Generator as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1000. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
