Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Tampa Bay Area Regional Transit Authority 9
Operations is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1096, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Tampa Bay Area Regional Transit Authority Operations as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1096. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
