Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Groveland Historic Train Station is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1077, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $236,641 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of State to fund the Groveland Historic Train Station 14
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1077. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
