Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Groveland Regional Wastewater Treatment 9
Facility Upgrade and Expansion is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 767, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Groveland 16
Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade and Expansion as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 767. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
