Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Jewish Community Services of South Florida - 10
Nutritional Equity for Seniors Keeping Kosher is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 769, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Jewish Community 17
Services of South Florida - Nutritional Equity for Seniors 18
Keeping Kosher as described in Appropriations Project Request 19
769. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
