Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Feeding Florida Healthy Food Initiative is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 632, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $6,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the 14
Feeding Florida Healthy Food Initiative as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 632. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
