Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Early Childhood Court is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 684, herein incorporated by refer ence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $320,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
State Court System to fund the Early Childhood Court as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 684. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
