Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. HOPE - A Prevention, Education and Early 10
Intervention Collaboration to Promote Youth Wellness and 11
Resilience is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 12
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 486, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Department of Children and Families to fund the HOPE - A 18
Prevention, Education and Early Intervention Collaboration to 19
Promote Youth Wellness and Resilience as described in 20
Appropriations Project Request 486. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
