Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Florida International University - CLIA 10
Laboratory for Functional Drug Testing to Individualize Cancer 11
Treatments is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 12
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 685, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $987,610 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Department of Health to fund the Florida International 18
University - CLIA Laboratory for Functional Drug Testing to 19
Individualize Cancer Treatments as described in Appropriations 20
Project Request 685. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
