Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Weston Stormwater Pump Stations Hardening and 9
Rehabilitation is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 84, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $650,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protectio n to fund the Weston 16
Stormwater Pump Stations Hardening and Rehabilitation as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 84. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
