Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Baker County Senior Life Enrichment Center 9
Replacement Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 749, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Baker County Senior 16
Life Enrichment Center Replacement Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 749. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
