Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Broward County Crime Lab is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1065, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,350,616 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Broward County 14
Crime Lab as described in Appropriations Proje ct Request 1065. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
